Interpump Fluid Solutions UK acquires Alltube Engineering Ltd for 2.3 million euros

Interpump Fluid Solutions UK has acquired the entire share capital of Alltube Engineering Ltd for 2.3 million euros, marking a pivotal moment in our expansion efforts and further adding to our solution-focused offerings.

Founded in 1986 and backed by decades of design and manufacturing experience, Alltubes Engineering Ltd specialises in the Manufacture, Fabrication and Manipulation of rigid tubes and flexible hydraulic hoses, supplying both OEM and aftermarket applications across industries including agriculture, construction, handling, transport (buses, truck and rail) and general industrial applications.

This acquisition brings processes in-house such as CNC Bending, Welding, Brazing, Ring rolling, Tube forming, Flushing, Pressure testing and Swaging.

Alltube Engineering Ltd also offers an extensive range of bespoke products, such as:
