Depot Assistant Kidderminster
We are looking for an outgoing and driven Depot Assistant to join our growing team. Are you a people person with a background in hydraulics, and sales, looking for a new opportunity in the area, where no two days will ever be the same?
Interpump Fluid Solutions (formally known as I.M.M. Hydraulics, and Bristol Hose) is the UK’s One Source manufacturer of certified and compatible fluid power products and services. Boasting world class manufacturing sites, global distribution and 24/7 breakdown support, you will become part of the expanding team.

We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who thrives on a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining high quality standards. You will be given training with Hydraulic products but will be expected to have good customer service and the ability to build rapport and support a team.
As the Depot Assistant you will be based in the trade counter located on-site at our head office in Kidderminster on a full-time basis, you will be building on existing relations, for hydraulic hose, and ancillary parts, and supporting our 24/7 engineering service. You will work alongside the Branch Manager and be involved in the day-to-day functions of the branch. Handling a wide range of administrative and sales support related tasks. You will be dealing with customers and assisting with their queries about our products.
Your duties and responsibilities as the Depot Assistant will include:
· Servicing customers via phone, email, and trade counter.
· Arranging deliveries via courier or delivery vehicle.
· Maintain local awareness of competitors and potential customers.
· Monitoring client usage for trends/changes.
· Processing orders, completing hose assemblies, and assisting with quotes and technical data.
· Stock management for the trade counter and assisting with the replenishment of service vans.
· Maximising spends from clients and upselling of suitable products and fittings.
· General administration duties, and teams support as required.
As the Branch Assistant you should have the following skills, qualifications, and competencies:
· Good communication, customer service and rapport building.
· Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics experience preferred.
· Full UK driving license.
· Knowledge of H&S and PPE.
· Ability to prioritise, organise, work at a fast pace and multi-task.
· Team player with a can-do attitude.
· Computer literate with MS Office (other in-house software will be required for use).
· Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to achieve deadlines.

Mobile Hydraulic Service Engineers (Multiple locations)
Calling all Hydraulic Hose Technicians!
We are looking for Hydraulic Hose Replacement fitters to join our growing service fleet.
No two days will ever be the same!
Positions available to cover Bristol, Worcestershire, Hampshire, Swindon & Southampton areas.
Formally known as I.M.M. Hydraulics and Bristol Hose, Interpump Fluid Solutions is the UK’s One Source manufacturer of certified and compatible fluid power products and services. Boasting world class manufacturing sites, global distribution and 24/7 breakdown support, you will become part of the expanding team of hose technicians.
You will be given your own personal fully stocked Mobile Workshop, with Hydraulic products, machinery and other materials needed. Your role will consist of attending emergency breakdowns for an array of industrial machinery and a wide customer base. When on-site, you will assess the situation, identifying the fault and replace the failed hose assembly.
As a 24/7 service, you will be part of an On-Call rota with our other service technicians.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Attending emergency breakdowns for an array of industrial machinery and a wide customer base. Working on-site, assessing the situation, identifying the fault and replacing the failed hose assembly.
- Actively promoting our products and services to prospective and existing customers throughout your area.
- Maintaining stock levels within your vehicle.
- Accurately completing paperwork.
- Supporting the on-site service centre.
Experience and Skills required:
- Must have hydraulic experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Understanding of general Hydraulic parts and systems
- Positive mindset with a can do attitude.
- Mechanical background will aid this role.
- Good Customer service skills to represent the brand professionally at all times.

Service Support Administrator
We are looking for a Service Support Administrator to join our growing team. Do you have experience in Office Administration and Customer Service?
You will be working at our Ashton office to support the Service team, whist reporting to the Head of Service.

· Provide support to the Head of Service.
· Be a point of contact for clients, assisting with queries, and enquiries.
· Ensuring all documents are completed accurately and timely.
· Chasing of order numbers, invoices, and PO’s etc.
· Supporting the service department and liaising with the wider teams/departments.
· General support and administration duties.
As the Service Support Administrator, you should have the following skills, qualifications, and competencies:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Highly proficient in using MS Office package.
· Good general computing skills, and the ability to adapt to bespoke systems.
· Highly detail oriented, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
· Be pro-active and able to handle multiple tasks at any one time.
· Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
